Cyber-Attacks Rise in South Sudan [4:30]

The increased use of digital platforms for communication in South Sudan has given hackers opportunities to scam people on WhatsApp and Facebook. Some South Sudan Sudanese say cyber-attacks are very common across the country. But analysts blame negligence, illiteracy and lack of protections from the country’s National Communications Authority.
