South Sudanese Commemorate Cultural Festival to Promote Peace, Diversity
Thousands of South Sudanese celebrated a two-day festival in Aweil city, where vibrant singing and dancing kept visitors thoroughly entertained. Organized by the Northern Bahr-el-Ghazal State Ministry of Culture with support from the United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS), the festival's theme this year was “Unity in diversity.” "There are unique things that we commonly do together as different tribes.
