The people of Namibia are mourning the death of President, Hage Geingob, who passed away Sunday at age 82. He had been receiving treatment for cancer. The late President Geingob played a role in Namibia’s fight for independence and was its first post-independence prime minister. He is also being remembered as a Pan-Africanist.
