Senegal Fans Celebrate in the Streets of Dakar
Football fans of Senegal’s Lions of Teranga took to the streets of Dakar to celebrate after the West African nation secured a spot in the round of 16 at the 2022 FIFA World Cup after defeating Ecuador 2-1. Victory in their final Group A match marked Senegal the first African nation to advance to the next stage of the global tournament.
