Saudi Arabia Begins Sending Aid to Sudan
Saudi Arabia on Tuesday began sending aid to Sudan with at least two cargo planes scheduled to take off from the Saudi capital Riyadh and head to Port Sudan. The planes are carrying humanitarian and medical aid including tents, blankets, food supplies, and medicine. A flight carrying United Nations personnel from different agencies also left to Port Sudan to help with the aid distribution.
