Republic of Congo Opposition Questions Election Fairness

Guy Brice Parfait Kolelas, the Republic of Congo's leading opposition candidate, died of COVID-19 amid the recent presidential election. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to Kolelas' campaign spokesperson, Cyr Rodrigue Mayanda, who says the election should have been postponed.
