Lawyers representing over 30 hotels in South Sudan have sued the government in the East African Court of Justice for what they call unpaid hotel and accommodation services rendered to officials and are seeking over $60 million in punitive and general damages. South Sudan Justice Minister Ruben Madol Arol refused to comment.
