The military coup in Niger, unlike previous ones in West Africa, has elicited strong support from young people in the country. VOA’s Anthony LaBruto spoke to Zakaraiou Kanda, a Nigerien native, about why the military takeover is seen a unifying and inspiring event for young people across Niger.
