Nigerian Governor Boasts Education Success
The governor of Nigeria’s Edo State, Godwin Obaseki, recently visited Washington where he attended the World Bank spring meetings and spoke on how his administration has improved education in the West African nation by using the Foundation Literacy and Numeracy program.
