Mozambique’s election unrest tops SADC summit agenda
Post-election unrest in Mozambique is expected to be on the agenda at the coming Southern African Development Community’s extraordinary Heads of State Summit. Regional leaders are expected to address the scores of civilian fatalities and injuries since the ruling Frelimo party declared Daniel Chapo president with over 70 percent of the vote in the October 9 election.
