Malian Rebel Leader Fatally Shot Outside Home

Sidi Brahim Ould Sidati, a Malian rebel leader that some are calling a peacemaker, was shot outside of his home in Bamako Tuesday and later died in the hospital. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to Malian politician Yeah Samake about how the killing could impact the peace process.
