Malawi Minister Seeks Peace With Former President Mutharika

Timothy Mtambo, the leader of the Malawi Human Rights Defenders Coalition who led protests against former president Arthur Peter Mutharika, is seeking reconciliation with him. For Daybreak Africa, VOA’s James Butty spoke with Mtambo, the Minister of Civic Education and National Unity, about his reasons for reaching out to Mutharika.
