Individuals with disabilities living in the Upper Nile State capital, Malakal, say they feel neglected by the government and by non-governmental organizations. They say none of them have been appointed into the executive, judiciary or legislative branches of the state government and that NGOs do not employ or support them. Mamer Abraham Kuot reports for VOA from Malakal.
