Challenges Faced by Individuals with Disabilities in South Sudan's Malakal [6:35]

Individuals with disabilities living in the Upper Nile State capital, Malakal, say they feel neglected by the government and by non-governmental organizations. They say none of them have been appointed into the executive, judiciary or legislative branches of the state government and that NGOs do not employ or support them.
