Libyan Authorities: Derna Deaths ‘Could Reach 18,000-20,000'
Abdulmenam al-Ghaithi, the mayor in Derna, one of the hardest hit Libyan cities by a recent flood, Wednesday told Reuters that the death toll in his city could reach 18,000-20,000 people, based on the extent of the damage caused by the natural disaster.
