Liberia’s President Boakai touts' democracy after civil war
Liberian President Joseph Boakai has touted his country’s success in entrenching democracy in Africa after years of civil war. Addressing the 79th Session of the UN General Assembly Wednesday, Boakai also said Liberia has taken steps to enshrine accountability by supporting transparency in its institution
