Ivory Coast President Starts Controversial Third Term

Ivory Coast President Alassane Ouattara was sworn in to what his party called “a new term.” For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to ruling party spokesman Kobena Kwasi Adoumani who discounted opposition objections to what they call an unconstitutional third term.
