Ivory Coast, Nigeria, South Africa, DRC Ready for AFCON Semifinals

African football fans say the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations has been exciting and will be remembered for its series of upsets that several giants fell victim to, among them the reigning champions Senegal's Lions of Teranga, and 2022 FIFA World Cup semifinalists, Morocco's Atlas Lions. The tournament being held in Ivory Coast continues Wednesday and will see the hosts, Nigeria’s Super Eagles, South Africa’s Bafana Bafana and the Leopards of the Democratic Republic of Congo competing for a spot in the finals.
