Insingizi A Cappella Group Speaks on Music and Legacy
Zimbabwean a cappella music group Insingizi is currently touring the Washington D.C. area. Based in Austria, the group formed in the 1990s, deriving their name from the southern ground hornbill bird, known for its bellowing sound. Members Vusa Mkhaya, Blessings Nqo Nkomo and Robin Mlauzi joined VOA’s Esther Githui-Ewart to discuss the group’s legacy.
