ICRC Reduces Central African Republic Presence

The International Committee of the Red Cross says it reduced its humanitarian activities in Central African Republic after armed groups attacked one of its offices. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to ICRC spokesperson Jason Straziuso about the attack in Nana-Mambere province.
