Health Report: U.N. International Day of Older People
October 1 marks the United Nations International Day of Older People, an event commemorated around the world. It is a moment to raise awareness of the opportunities and challenges faced by aging populations, raise awareness and support for the elderly. The theme this year is ‘Aging with Dignity: The Importance of Strengthening Care and Support Systems for Older Persons Worldwide’.
