The African Union Development Agency, AUDA-NEPAD, and Uniting to Combat Neglected Tropical Diseases have signed a historic agreement to strengthen efforts and mobilize resources to eliminate debilitating illneses across Africa. The group of diseases and infections disproportionately affect those living in low-income, hard-to-reach areas.
