The chairman of the Electoral Commission of Sierra Leone has described last Saturday's general elections as "one of the best" the country has seen, noting that voting took place in every polling center despite some delays. "If not the best, but it's one of the best election days in Sierra Leone,” said Mohamed Konneh, adding that “tallying is underway in regional centers.”
