Guinea’s junta alleges mercenary attack from Liberia
In Guinea Conakry, the military junta says plans are underway for an attack by mercenaries from neighboring Liberia. The junta has accused former president Alpha Conde of recruiting them in Liberia for an assault. Prime Minister Amamadou Oury Bah says some of the mercenaries have been arrested and extradited to Guinea. Reporter Karim Kamara has more from Conakry
