The debate over which West African country makes the best jollof rice was decided at the 7th annual Jollof Festival, in Washington, DC. After hours of waiting and taste-testing the offerings of five countries: Liberia, Ghana, Nigeria, Senegal, and Sierra Leone, it was decided. Ghana jollof rice was superior.
