Former UN Official Warns of Declining Democracy in West Africa

Mohamed Ibn Chambas, a former special representative of the U.N. secretary-general, says there is concern about declining democracy in West Africa. For Daybreak Africa, VOA's James Butty spoke to Chambas about how the Economic Community of West African States is dealing with recent conflicts.
