Fighting said to be continuing in the DRC despite a truce

Espoir Ngalukiye, the leader of the DRC civil society group called LUCHA says fighting between rebels and government troops is continuing despite the two-week truce to allow humanitarian assistance. Espoir Ngalukiye tells VOA's Peter Clottey that basic needs have become expensive due to the conflict, which he adds has displaced a lot of people.
