The 2018 Revitalized Peace Agreement mandated the establishment of a Hybrid Court to address war crimes and atrocities committed during South Sudan’s 2013 conflict. However, more than seven years later, the court is yet to be established, raising doubts about accountability and justice for victims of the conflict. Sheila Ponnie has more from Juba.
