Ethiopia Delists TPLF as Terrorist Group
Ethiopian lawmakers voted in a special session Wednesday to remove the terrorist designation given to the Tigray People's Liberation Front (TPLF) following the November peace deal that ended its two-year war with the federal government. Africa 54 host Esther Githui-Ewart spoke to VOA Horn of Africa reporter Winta Kidane about the decision and the ongoing peace process.
