The main source of funding for most wildlife protection activities in Africa has come to a halt due to the pandemic devastating global tourism. According to some conservation organizations across the continent, major cuts in ranger patrols and the loss of safari guides has also led to more poaching. In this week’s edition of Our Voices, we will focus on wildlife conservation. We'll also examine how wildlife trade can be related to infectious disease.
