She takes us back in time with two vintage tunes from Zambia (Kasama Bantu Actors - 1971) and South Africa (Mariam Makeba - 1960), and at the back half of the hour, Music Time in Africa’s music journalist Bill Odidi spins a special report out of Nairobi spotlighting Kenya’s most exciting new, end of 2020 releases by Octopizzo (ft Idd Aziz), Nyashinski, and Sauti Sol.
