Two foreign envoys in South Sudan are calling on the U.N. Security Council to lift the arms embargo it imposed against South Sudan in 2018. As Sheila Ponnie reports for South Sudan in Focus, the Eritrean and Chinese ambassadors to South Sudan made the call Monday during a graduation ceremony for thousands of Unified Forces in the Upper Nile State capital, Malakal.
