DRC President Tshisekedi promises ‘vigorous, coordinated response’ against M23 rebels
The President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Felix Tshisekedi, on Wednesday evening addressed the Central African nation and promised to mount a “vigorous, coordinated response” to reclaim territory which was seized by M23 rebels who recently captured Goma, a key trading eastern city and the capital of North Kivu Province.
