Chad PM Talks Democracy, Transition to Civilian Rule and Elections
Chad’s Prime Minister Succès Masra this week visited VOA’s Washington studios where he had a wide-ranging interview with reporter Jackson Mvunganyi. The two discussed attempts by the Central African nation’s governing military junta to return to civilian rule, preparations for elections and economic reforms.
