Biden to Deliver Second State of the Union Address
United States President Joe Biden will deliver his second State of the Union address before Congress Tuesday amid ongoing tensions with China and Russia, as well as domestic issues. Following the U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit in December, many are also eager to learn where Africa stands on Biden's agenda. Africa 54 host Esther Githui-Ewart spoke with VOA's Ignatius Annor about Biden's upcoming address.
