Biden to Exclude Sudan From US-Africa Summit [3:31]

U.S. President Joe Biden has invited 50 African heads of states for a three-day summit scheduled for December. South Sudan in Focus' Michael Atit reports the invitation announced by the White House Tuesday excludes Sudan and other three African countries from attending the summit.
