AU Must Set Up War Crime Court For SSudan: Amnesty [4:14]
Amnesty International has released a report ahead of the African Union Peace and Security Council (AUPSC) meeting on South Sudan on November 30th calling on the continental body to speed up the process of establishing an independent Hybrid Court for South Sudan (HCSS). Japhet Biegon, Amnesty International's Africa Regional Advocacy Coordinator, tells VOA’s Nabeel Biajo that a successful Hybrid Court for South Sudan would set a precedent for African-led justice across the continent.
