In Senegal's capital Dakar, scores of residents celebrated the West African nation's Independence Day Tuesday as they lined up the streets holding colorful flags to watch the country's first military parade in four years.  It is seen as a show of patriotism just a week after political tensions led to violent clashes between security forces and opposition supporters.
