Africa Relieved Over Ukraine Russia Grain Shipment Resumption
African leaders welcomed the news delivered by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on his tour of the continent where he said Russian and Ukrainian grain shipment will resume and pushed Moscow’s narrative of the West being to blame for the shortages. VOA’s Cindy Saine reports on the matter.
