AFCON Quarter Finals Set for Kick-Off on Friday
The quarterfinals of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations are set to kick-off on Friday with a match between Nigeria’s Super Eagles and Angola’s Palancas Negras. The Leopards of the Democratic Republic of Congo will later face Guinea’s Syli National. For more, VOA’s Esther Githui-Ewart spoke to Alvaro Andrade who is in Abidjan, Ivory Coast for the tournament.
