Amnesty International: rebel group and Congolese army likely committed war crimes
Amnesty International says scores of bombings in densely populated areas of DR Congo "likely constitute war crimes.” Christian Rumu, Amnesty International spokesperson tells VOA's Carol Van Dam both the DRC armed forces and rebel group M23 fired unguided rockets and other explosives into densely populated areas last year.
