Floods displace Jonglei State residents

The executive director in the office of Ayod’s County commissioner says over 60,000 people are homeless and authorities are mobilizing people to build dikes to prevent further displacements. For VOA, Mamer Abraham Kuot reports from the Upper Nile state capital Malakal.
