US Ambassador to Libya Calls for Joint Patrol Force

U.S. Ambassador to Libya Richard Norland agreed with the president of the Libyan Presidential Council on the importance of establishing a joint force to patrol the southern borders to prevent meddling in Sudan's conflict.
