DRC Mourns Victims of Devastating Floods

The government of the Democratic Republic of Congo is mourning hundreds of people who died after floods last week swept the eastern part of the country. Reporter Al Katanty Sabiti Djaffar in eastern Congo, tells Daybreak Africa host James Butty, about 300 people were killed and property, including farmlands and schools were destroyed.
