Africa News Tonight: Gunmen have shot dead a journalist in the capital of Cameroon's restive Northwest region, Bamenda, the third journalist to be killed in the country this year. The two warring factions fighting for control of Sudan are holding face-to-face talks in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for the first time since the fighting began on April 15th.
