Eritrean cyclist Mulubrhan Henok won the Tour du Rwanda on Sunday when he finished the eight-stage race in a total time of 28 hours, 58 minutes and one second. He is the fourth Eritrean to win Rwanda's premier cycling event. Eugene Uwimana begins Monday's show with a report from Kigali, Rwanda.  Also on the program, Andy Edwards will have a feature on the Birmingham World Indoor Tour Final athletics meet in England. There were some outstanding performances from African athletes. Gudaf Tsegay of Ethiopia, the reigning world champion in the women's 5,000m, came close to setting a world indoor record at 3,000m.  Prince Nesta and Mike Mbonye will also have football reports in what will be an action-packed show to start the week.
