Analyst Alex Vines says the Wagner Group does not have the skills nor the ability to really provide the sort of security that African countries need; Ethiopian Airlines will resume daily flights to Mekelle, the capital of the Tigray region, as an African Union-brokered peace deal progresses; And, at least 16 people were killed and 19 wounded in a bus crash in the Sudanese city of Omdurman early today.
