Coming up on Africa News Tonight: A push for democratic reforms in Chad suffered a recent setback following the organization of a political forum by military rulers who postponed elections by another two years and said the interim leader Mahamat Idriss Derby is now allowed to run for presidency. Cameroonian authorities say 40,000 villagers, who were displaced by the militant Boko Haram near its border with Chad and Nigeria, can safely return to their homes.
