Yei County residents are accusing members of the South Sudan People’s Defense Force of killing a popular singer named Yuma Sebastian. For South Sudan in Focus, Waakhe Simon Wudu reports a local chief says Sebastion's body was found in a mortuary a few days after he was called to a Yei military base.
