Tensions Rise in Ethiopia as Rebel Fighters Advance

Tensions are rising in Ethiopia as as federal troops fight rebellious forces who are threatening to march on Addis Ababa. For Daybreak Africa, VOA’s James Butty spoke to analyst Brook Hailu who said that the Ethiopian government feels it is being pressured to negotiate peace with the rebels.
