Airstrike Kills and Injures Civilians in Ethiopia's Tigray

A bomb blast killed several people Tuesday at a market in Ethiopia’s Tigray region as new fighting flared up in areas outside the regional capital Mekelle. For International News, Steve Miller spoke with VOA’s Heather Murdock who reported that no one has taken responsibility for the incident.
